How To Erase Risk When Trading Forex

The concept of the “Risk Eraser” might be new to you. If it is, you are into a treat because this is a concept that can completely change how profitable your trading system is. It is not new to me, and I use a version of this technique when I trade. As a matter of fact I had an EA created to help me do this technique on autopilot… and I’m still perfecting the parameters.
Now, I don’t want to let the cat out of the bag, but I think it is pretty obvious it has to do with risk management. And yes, I know this is not as “sexy” as learning new trading methods. But it is probably the biggest reason you are not as profitable trading Forex as you could be. If you’ve been following my adventure trading Strignano’s Forex Signals, you’ll recognize I use a technique very similar to this. I like to limit risk AND scale out of my trades along the way to final profit targets. While I’m still in the process of both testing different ways of applying the technique AND figuring out how to “filter” trades according the rules I set up… I can tell you this technique is used on EVERY trade I place.
